About ChordHR

We built this because the gaps were the problem — not the modules.

ChordHR exists because 50+ HR managers, across a year of conversations, kept describing the same problem in different words.

How it started

For over a year, I sat down with more than fifty HR managers. The conversations kept surfacing the same sentence, in different words.

"I spend most of my day doing things the system should do automatically."

Attendance exported by hand every month. Leave requests over WhatsApp. Onboarding that worked only when three specific people remembered their part in the right order.

ChordHR is built the way separate notes come together into a single chord — distinct parts, one result. When something changes for an employee, it's already reflected in payroll, access control, and reporting. No export. No re-entry.

Three things that guide how we build

Unity
One system instead of fourteen disconnected habits. Every module reads from and writes to the same employee record, so nothing needs to be re-entered or reconciled by hand. An update in attendance is already in payroll. A role change is already reflected in access control.
Balance
Built around what HR teams need to run the operation and what employees need to actually use it without friction. Neither side is an afterthought. Managers get visibility. Employees get self-service that works on the first try. HR gets a system they don't have to explain.
Connection
The modules, the data, and the people behind them are tied together by design — not bolted on after the fact. That's what makes ChordHR feel like one system rather than a suite of products that happen to share a login.

That's the whole idea: one system, working together — instead of a pile of tools that are technically doing their jobs.

The product principles that shape every decision

These aren't marketing claims. They're the constraints we put on ourselves when we decide what to build, what to cut, and what to leave out entirely.

01
Built for speed, not onboarding manuals
If an HR manager needs a training session to do a daily task, the product has failed. ChordHR is designed to be picked up, not learned. Common workflows should take two clicks, not a documented procedure.
02
One system, zero data silos
Every module in ChordHR reads from the same employee record. Attendance flows into payroll. Leave balances reflect in reports. Role changes update access control. Nothing lives in isolation, so nothing has to be manually kept in sync.
03
Scales as your headcount grows
ChordHR is built for companies from 50 to 500 people, and the system doesn't crack in the middle. Adding 100 employees doesn't mean rebuilding your approval workflows or redesigning your access structure from scratch.
04
Decisions backed by real data
Every report and dashboard in ChordHR draws from live operational data — the same records HR manages daily. There's no month-end compilation, no export to trigger. The insight exists the moment the data does.

Built for everyone in your organization.

ChordHR works for the HR team that runs it, the managers who rely on it, and the employees who use it every day.

HR Teams

Full visibility. Less admin.

Run every module from one console. Automate approval chains, generate reports, and stop stitching tools together with spreadsheets.

Managers

Approve, track, review — in one place.

See your team's attendance, leave, and performance without asking HR to pull a report. Approve requests from the same screen.

Employees

Self-service that actually works.

Request leave, check balances, download payslips, and finish onboarding tasks — all from one portal, on any device.
